ITV 1 Encrypted On FTV Card

I just put my FTV card in my digi box today for the first time this week and i noticed that ITV1 has been encrypted, saying call broadcaster to upgrade ect. however i can still get channel 4 and five. Do you think this is because i may have missed something when itv3 was added to the epg? will leaving the card over night…

I've plugged out the box and reloaded the epg, itv3 is listed and is coming in but itv1 is still encrypted.
I presume that itv haven't disabled their FTV Card listing. Any advice??

Leave the card in the box overnight and it should come back on.
