    i need to have a countdown timer in an excel cell, it needs to be self resetting at zero and have a pause control. is this possible. if it is, how would i insert it ?. i know nothing about computer programming, but i can follow instructions if i know where to insert them.

    use a visual basic timer control. It'll be in the visual basic toolbar
