How to tell what's using bandwidth...

My broadband connection is at full throttle, according to DU meter I'm getting 55K a sec...but I'm not downloading anything (that I'm aware of). Is there a program that will tell me exactly what is using what in terms of bandwidth?

    Thanks.

Well this won't tell me how much bandwidth you are using but it will give you an idea what is running. more than likely Spyware.

XP -> Start - Run. Type cmd. In the prompt type netstat -a
Win9x -> Start - Run. Type command. In the prompt type netstat -a

I would use programs such as Ad aware or Hijack this to get rid of spyware and malicious software starting up.
