Anyone know what is happening there. A lot of signs for roadworks but so far I havent seen any.

i think they are widening the road and putting in grade seperated junctions

There's a posting about it somewhere else on the board. Basically the N7 between Rathcoole and Johnstown is being upgraded to 3 lanes with grade separated junctions along the way. All the crossover points along the central median will also be closed (that one near the quarry past rathcoole is a real menace). They should also raise the first m-way bridge at Naas so trucks can get under it!!!
