Compact Flash adapter (CF+ -> CF)

    Hi I'm getting a new piece of kit (Archos AV440) its an MP3/4 Player, its got a Compact Flash (CF I) slot on it.

    I have a digital camera with a CF+ (CF II) slot in which is placed my 1 Gig Microdrive.

    The difference between the two is their dimensions CF+ is twice as thick as CF.

    So shouldn't it be possible to get a CF+ -> CF adapter?

    I tried looking for this sort of stuff on the web and ebay but all I seem to find are CF -> IDE / CF -> PCMCIA adapters.

    Any advice? Is it simply not possible?
