I need to know off someone in the know

Is it possible to get hi speed internet line in a house that already has a split line i.e. two phone numbers.

And if not ,are we legally entitled to expect high speed access without having to pay for the road outside?

I'd truly appreciate a straight answer on this.

Hi Speed is the brand name for ISDN, upgrading from analogue to ISDN is free at the moment and it is Eircom problem to ensure the line works properly including splitter removal.

It is not BB though :)
