My current pair of 8 hole Docs are wearing out.
Where is the best place to buy a new pair?
Ideally the shop will have a good selection as I may get a new pair or 4 hole shoes too.
Are the stalls on Parnell Street/ILAC good value?

    China Blue.
They're quite nice. Used to be the actual Doc Martens shop there as far as I know. About a quarter of the shop is like.. the Docs zone.

<3 Docs. (can't wear em, but <3 em anyway)

I got an excellent pair of docs in Schuh at one stage, though that place in Temple bar has a nice selection.

Must get me some of those Para boots at some stage too...

EDIT: Must get me a pair of These fellows also!

China Blue do seem to have a better range of Docs than Schuh - and being size challenged (foot wise :D?) at a meager 7, Schuh just exist to frustrate me (although they did have some nice Vans)...

    D.

Oh go on then, you'll be t'other side of the country so there's little chance of the two of us attending the same soiree similarly attired. Imagine the shame, I'd be bleedin' scarlah!

    :o

daymobrew, if you don't need to try them on, why not try online

I'd probably get mine in the local Army Navy store, so I don't think they'd be very similar, therecklessone.
