    so lets just say one was new to skateboarding and happened to have a crap toy shop bought board...what would one cheaply have to do to make something decent of it..
    what i would think would be changing the trucks/wheels/talent etc etc?

    someone help me be cool...coz i want to skate

    ill sell you my board(see skateboard for sale post) for E50. its in pretty good condition, just the tails are worn a bit.

    Cheeper to get a new board,
    if ya really want to get into skating buy the best,
    angel deck skate boards are like 250 euro but its totally worth it

    if its a cheap board then theres 100% nothing you can do with it
    everything a skateboard is made up of will be poor quality in it,
    eg, trucks, bearings, wheels, grips, decks, risers
    go for a new board my friend ! id recommend a termite for u
