my 9800pro got fried a week ago and i have been trying to rma the card to them. they do not want to respond to my emails and i have emailed about 3-4 times at this stage. they have a premium rate phone number that i can ring but i don't want to ring it + i am not even sure that i can ring that number from this country.
the shop that i bought it from is www.lowestonweb.com and they are a division of evesham.
    What can i do?

    I fried mine to!
But got it of jes which means its going to be gone for a month :( , well thats the case with my brothers mobo anyway.
I mailed Sapphire but no reply yet, do they do Rma's?
Suppose all you can do is keep mailing them or try give them a ring.

they replied today and said they had sent a reply but that it was probably in my spam filter. this is not true though, but i am happy they sent me the rma number.
