3 large double rooms available in luxurious new house less than 2 miles from the city centre. All mod cons including sky digital, widescreen tv, dvd player, surround sound, wireless broadband, gas heating (very cheap to run). Optional weekly cleaner that cleans all shared room including bathroom and also does ironing for only €7 per person per week. Bus stop 30secs walk away (bus runs into town every 30 mins). Non Smokers only please. Bed Clothes provided. Available for any length of time.

Each room is €70 per week.
