I'll be travelling to my sisters for the weekend and staying there and was hoping to watch a match on Prem Plus. I have the full season ticket but she doesn't. Bottom line is: will my card work on her digibox? or do I have to buy the game on her account?

Your card wont work in her Digibox, as your card is paired with your digibox. So it looks like you will have to purchase on her card.

You could always bring your box and card and connect that up to her dish, then it will work.
