NTL Digibox problem..

    For all you budding NTL Technicians..

    Ive got 2 digiboxes at home and use MMDS Digital (no cable available in my area).

    On just one of the boxes, RTE1&2,TV3,TnaG and the MTV channel went black.. nothin on screen.
    I left it turned off for a day or two then switched it back on.. and the 2nd of the 3 LEDs on the box started flashing for a while, and then the box switched on normally.

    MTV is still gone though.

    Any ideas or thoughts on how to fix it? I rang NTL but they cant come out til tuesday between 9 and 6 (What a load of cack!).

    The pre rs error rate flashes between 0.0E+00, 9.9 E-7, 2.0 E-6, and 3.0 E-6.
    The post rs error rate is staying at 0.0E+00.
    That happens on both boxes, although one of them seems to be working fine. The only way I could get the screen up was during the bootup of the box, so I just turned it off while MTV was on and got to the screen then on the bootup.
    The SNR flashed between 31 and 32 so thats ok.

    Heres a new twist... I just realised that all of the channels go off on the 2nd box upstairs if I plug out the 1st one downstairs. Im kinda mystified.
