    I cant get it to work on my MSI system... HAve sp2 installed but my usb runs at usb1. It should be running at 2. Anyone any ideas???

    Go into Device Manager and see if it's highlighted an uninstalled USB controller.
    If it has, and you have a net connection, which i'm assuming you do as you have posted here, then simply right click the usb controller and click update driver.
    If it asked you to allow it to connect to automatic updates, allow it for this time only.
    It should automatically find the driver for you and install it.
    If you've got broadband it shouldn't take any time at all.
    Not sure how long it will take on dial up.
    Also, you could check the msi motherboard cd.

    Let us know what happens.
