I think it was due out in june but now it's been held back until the 21st of August frown.gif.

It's a shame we're going to have to wait but the features look fantastic:

    DVD :
    • 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer
    • English and French 5.1 Dolby surround mixes
    • English, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles
    • The original 1985 "The Making Of The Goonies" documentary
    • A new "video commentary" with director Richard Donner and all seven 'Goonies'
    • Deleted scenes (the much fabled 'Octopus' scene ...)
    • Cyndi Lauper's "Goonies R Good Enough For Me" video
    • Trailer(s)

Let's just hope the Back to the Future comes out some time soon eh.

I dunno where you were getting your "June" from. When Warner actually announced the DVD, they said it would be out on August 21st. To whet yr appetite...

ah cmon ganders, the goonies was a classic for most people of a certain age.

I know I remember watching it numerous times when I was 6 or 7. That whole adventure/lost treasure thing just has mass appeal I suppose.

And it had Sloth, how could you not like Sloth!? smile.gif...Rocky...Rooad?!
