    rookie training camp/try-outs
    Sunday, Oct 31, 12pm
    Kennedy Park (old blackrock rd)

    no experience or knowledge required. this session will include an introduction to the game, rules, positions, formations, plays, as well as basic training in blocking & tackling techniques.

    no need for helmet & pads yet, this will be a non or light contact session. wear studded boots & shorts/tracksuit.

    all sizes, builds and fitness levels welcome. 15 yrs and older, women welcome.

    Is there any clubs in Dublin that are having this type of rookie session aswell. Id have a go if there is.

    Always on the lookout for new talent.

    The other Dublin team is based in Booterstown.

    MMMMMM facemasking is my middle name baby. ALthough i have long fingers, so my facemasking often leads to gouging he he he.
