I'm having trouble hooking my TV set up to my PC.
I have all the right cables (s-video cable, audio plugs, scart adaptor) and its all plugged in where it should be, but I can only get one working at a time (TV with no PC monitor, or PC monitor with no TV),.

I know its connecting OK, because both screens show the startup when I switch the PC on, but the TV goes black once the OS is loaded. This would lead me to believe that I don't have the settings right, so where do I even start? I can't find any options to let me add a second screen....

I'm running Win XP with a GeForce 4 card, by the way..

In the settings tab of the display properties dialog box, ensure that 'extend my Windows desktop across this monitor' is checked: then you should be able to use both
