Bittorrent problem , scrape ok?

Having this issue a week or 2 now, anyone else getting it? Select file and tracker goes out to 3 or 4 hours for updating then does it again when it counts down. kdjac

scraping the tracker just gets the info from it
seeds / peers etc
it gets the info on people outside your swarm

is the problem that its not connecting to the peers ?
if the scrape is ok it should be fine?
what colour light have you got?
