Font Question

I downlaoded lots of fonts today and i placed them in the c:/windows/fonts/ but they are not showing up in my Photoshop program. any ideas why ? does photoshop look to a different fodler for fonts? i dont know if it matters but i'm running XP

You may have to restart the computer for the fonts to be loaded.
