I ordered a laptop almost 3 weeks now and its still not in it has ment to be in everyday for the last 3 weeks,most of there laptops are on order but dont seem to be coming in?anyone else have had this problem?

I hear ya, I'm (almost) in the same boat. Order stuff off JES about a week ago now and it's sitting in a GLS warehouse somewhere with (apparently) a wrong address. :rolleyes:

at least yours has been sent out,My order is still pending and i needed the laptop for this weekend thats why i ordered 3 weeks earlyer as they said it would def be in

I assume you're constantly emailing them and such, just to remind them that you're still waiting and you're not happy about it. I think there's a JES rep on these boards too, JES Computer is his nick. You could try PM'ing him to see what he can do, they're generally a very helpful company from personal experience.

ya i keep emailing them,i not being bitchy in the emails though because its asus fault not not jes but still i want my laptop haha,just getting anoyying entering the 4th week,the thing is though if i known it would take this long i wouldnt of ordered it cos i need the laptop last week

Well you should try and get some free stuff off them. Or a discount maybe. I read a few stories here of people negotiating free stuff because of delayed deliveries or whatever.

they said on tuesday that they expect them in today i emailed them and they said the order form asus is on the way and they will def have them tomorrow.Prob wont happen either!!!grrrrrrrrrrrr

Well I had an item shipped for me from jes
ordered on say a wednesday night, had it bang on 9am friday morning, didn't think they were taht bad but guess i just live in a well built up area(tallaght)
have heard lotsa horror stories about them

Have you checked the key board layout and the language of operating system that comes with your laptop? I read some where that if you buy laptops from germany, they usually come with German OS. Is that true? Please let me know about your laptop.
