what kind of mobo should i go for????

i'm looking to get a pretty decent P4 mobo 775, pci-e, ddr, and good for over clocking and can support this chip...

Those are both DDR, not DDR2. These ones from jes have DDR2:

You might want to check a few reviews though. The choice of motherboard is hugely important if you plan to overclock. Even if you don't want to overclock, there are usually differences in features etc.

Crazy ass price on those ones. I paid 215e for my ic7-max3 but i thought mobos were cheaper these days.

i know ill be a bit one sided here... but if you want a good mobo get what im using its great for overclocking and it beats the abit mobo due to the native 600mhz ddr2 and an unlocked cpu multiplier...and it has some great options... ive had no hassle at all ,and it overclocks like a dream ...have a look at some of the reviews below and it has 3 ide of which 2 are raid and there is also 8 sata ports ....thats right 8 ...altogether.thats 11 ports for harddrives and 3 different raid set-ups and you get built in wireless-g as standard
or if your not in a hurry ,id wait for a couple of months and get a 925xe ....theres lots below to read on it ...but be forwarned it going to put a hole in your pocket.. mine when i first got it was just a hair below 300euro ....they are cheaper eleswhere i bought it in a dublin retail shop "itdirect" if you go online youll do better.....best of luck
