[win xp] how do i change desktop icons to (list view?)

    as title says.. i have seen people with the desktop icons displayed with "list view" the same way as the list view would display them inside a folder.. with a small icon and the text to the right of the icon instead of under the icon...

    can someone please tell me how i could do this??
