laptop screen scratches

I got the aldi gericom laptop at start of september : It now has alot of scratches on the screen somehow, and I cant see any way I could have caused then. anybody got any ideas how they could have been caused and will it be covered under warranty?

I too have a load of scrathes on my Aldi Laptop that I got back in November, I cant make sense of their website to see wether or not it would be covered, have you any luck getting ur scrathes repaired since? as I have one farily big on in the middle of the screen and its recking my head.
