TwinkleCam with IOLBB - fuzzy?

I installed the free webcam that comes with the broadband trial and the first time I used it everything seemed fine. However everytime I've used it since the picture has been very fuzzy and out of focus.... Theres no instructions and no obvious way of focusing it...anyone help? I don't know whats wrong :mad:
