I want to transfer all the folders and emails from Outlook onto another PC.

Where are the files that contain all the folders and emails (.dbx or .pst is it?)?

If you're going outlook to outlook, you could export to a pst. File - Import/Export - Export to a file - Personal Folder FIle (.pst) - Select the level at which you want to export (the top level for example) and check the include subfolders box - set a location for the file - done

On the other end, use the same import/export wizard to pick the pst file and and where you want it to go in your outlook folders (top level probably).

There may be other ways for rooting out the raw/original pst, but this is fairly straightforward and you know you're getting everything you want.
