Been trying to get onto Ticketmaster for the last 2 days and all I get is the dial tone with the "An operator will be with you soon" thing. I'm usually straight through so this is kinda weird. Rang 'em at different times of the day and stayed on for ages.

Its been 2 weeks and there's no sign of my tickets for Monday's Divine Comedy gig. Has me a wee bit worried.

Try the group booking no 01-6486060, or the business client no 01-6486000, theres a much better chance of somebody answering them. Of course they might tell you to feck off and ring the regular number but its worth a try..

Rang the business client line and yer one said that the customer care lines were very busy. Then she sorted things out for me.
Same price to ring except you actually get things sorted :D

Pretending to be somebody that wants to give them money always works :D
