    Whats the best spec 19" monitor for graphics, colour and gaming. I was looking at at LCD monitors but they seem to be not up too the job

    Sony Trinitons are pretty good.. or Sumsung for value.

    Just look for something with a high refesh rate at 1600x1200, near to 100hz.

    The NEC Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930sb is an excellent 19" crt if you can manage to pick one up.

    There are plenty of good 19" lcds with low response times but they will cost you a lot more and are only really good at their native resolutions.

    If you have the space i'd stick with crt.

    I've a Sony 19" Trinitron... Haven't used it in a bit cause my systems down, been using a 17" tft. I much prefare the Sony. The colours ar much richer n the pic is allot sharper. I picked it up for €40 ;-) Plan was to get a 19" tft but i dont think they can compare to the Sony(r its price!!)

    i got an LG f900p, nice silver flatscreen CRT does ..erm 1024x768@120 or 1280x1024@100 (i dont know what it does high end coz ive never really used it, 2048x1536@70hz or 65..cant remember) but this does me fine, prob a lot better ones out now but i got this like 8 months ago...just if your getting a crt (which i think are the daddys of monitors anyways..pah @ tfts) get a flatscreen one, i went from a stupid normal 19" that did 1024@65 to this baby and its sooooooooo much better :D
