Funnily enough I own http://www.learndreamweaver.com the site has a few video tutorials on it that you might find useful but it is undeveloped.

I found Sam's Teach Yourself Dreamweaver in 24 Hours to be an excellent and very straightforward book.

Lowery's Dreamweaver Bible is more detailed but also quite good.
