i get that sometimes too i haven't got my mac with me at the mo but i think its the most recent version of safari i just press apple+R and it loads second time round......... hope that helps

works fine in 1.2.3 for me. keep in mind gmail runs over https so it could be a firewall/proxy issue.

I have problems with it too - usually have to refresh/reload and it works ok.

it's the same in college and from home - one is over a proxy and the other isn't, so I'm not sure what's causing it.

Should work fine in Firefox ( I realise that the MacOS X version is not as good as the Linux/Win version ) People in college complain about this I just say mozilla.org I'll sort you
