It depends on what time of the day/night you're dialing in at...

I've noticed that between 7.30 and 9.30 PM, I always have a bitch of a time connecting! Anytime before, or after, that period and I've absolutely no problems.

Wierd thing is, friends using other ISP products, or with BB connections, have noticed the same thing. (naff connections, eratic pings, latency, maybe even throttling).

Apart form those two hours I haven't had any connection issues with UTV xl, sorry.
