yeah Brando's portrayal of Lt. Col. Kurtz is exellent... although not your stereotypical bad guy (actually 12.99 for box set including making of Apocalypse Now .. everyone go buy! heh)

Hmmm any one who is English and playing the bad part usually come at as very vicous villians


but personnally the best villian for me was a evil ***** called the ALien Queen (being the leader of a race of bad ass monsters puts u way up in the evil point) I mean her scenes in aliens where by far the best
and despite no lines u can almost seen her emotions of hatred etc (u might have to watch the film oh 40 times like me to see this

but the best villians are either english or very calm and kinda blocking out the fact wha they where doing was wrong i mean castor troy thought of it as "fun" not bad or evil
and darth vadar wasnt doing evil laughters or other hysterical moments
