Does anybody in the world actually remember these guys? I have, for my whole life, thought that they were great. Bloody funny guys, real dated stuff tho. I was just curious to see if any1 else liked em. My fav film of theirs was "Horse Feathers"
    - Best Joke-
    Chico - I'll give u a clue, It's the name of a fish."

    Groucho - "Is it Mary?"

    Chico - "Mary's no Fish!"

Groucho - "welll she drinks like 1".

    right.....its an aquired humour,....

Zapper, we're nerds. Of course we know of the Marx Brothers biggrin.gif Yeah they are great. Duck Soup is really brilliant and the lads also made one of the best sketches in film history (The Dentist imposter sketch in A Day At The Races). Really funny guys.
There was a tribute to their kind of humour in a film called 'Brain Doners' which starred John Turrturro. Very funny if you like your humour peurile and crude. Not much of a tribute so smile.gif

Unfotunitly ive never seen the ending to Duck Soup. Rabid C4 rescheduling resulted in
the vide only recording the firsat half of the film. It cut out in the middle of the mirror scetch.
If the film was availible on DVD R2 i would buy it striaght away.

The Marx Brothers were the best.

    Some of my favourite moments:

You canna foola me - there ain't no Sanity Clause!

    That's irrelevant.
    That's right it's an elephant.

We're fighting for this ladie's honour - which is probably more than she ever did.

I remember watching Duck Soup ****ed on Champagne one New Year's Eve and having a great, great time.
