    Just wondering if anyone has a Favourite TV Graphic Sequence, from opening and closing credits to TV Idents etc.

    So throw on your anoraks!!!!

    Mine (In no order):

    1. Network Two (1995) A City scape with a SKYRISE that was shaped like the O, at the end of TWO, from above.
    2. The TnaG Caterpillar growing into the TG4 butterfly
    3. TV3 opening night sequence
    4. The Practice and ER opening sequences.
    5. N2's sequence of people coming out of the ground

    Ok so their not the best discriptions, if any one has Shots of any of them please post.

    It might just be best to post a shot of your favourite.

    i must go home and watch tv and remember my favs, but for the time being;

    TG4: the wrestlers jumping over the camera
    the man on the train and he swells up

    thats all i can think of, but the stuff they do with the 2's on bbc2 is pretty good

    The opening credits on Six Feet Under are, in my opinion, the best credits about. They've been around for 3/4 years now and I don't think thry've been matched in quality.

    1: The BBC globe from the 70's
    2: The Channel 4 CGI graphic from 1982.

    The opening credits to Carnivalé are beautiful and, very deservedly, won an Emmy for the title sequence this year.

    Looking back, I really enjoyed 'Millennium' - lots of lovely soft focus shots accompanied by ghostly questions and a haunting soundtrack. The fact the questions altered over time enhanced them. On a similiar note the altering of Babylon 5's title sequences, and opening score/intro, to suit the mood and theme of the season.
