Hey guys,

Coming back to matlab, after about a years absence and having some difficulty.

I'm going some DSP work, but when I run the program itcrashes. I isolated the error to the plot function.

Heres a very simple example of code which causes the program to crash:

x = [1.1 1.2 1.3 5.5];
figure(1);
plot(x);

It *looks* as if the figure windows is continually trying to refresh itself. I've tried running the code on two different machines, with the same outcome...

Its probably something blindingly simple I'm missing

Any ideas?
