I've brought plenty of things of Amazon and never had any problems, very good delivery rates as well.

Ok here are the ones that I use.

In the UK I have only used Amazon.co.uk and that was because I had a discount voucher.

www.amazon.co.uk If you want to purchase from them let me know and I will "recommend" you meaning you'll get a £5STG voucher and so will I smile.gif

I mainly order from the US/Canada

    www.dvdexpress.com

    www.amazon.com

www.dvdboxoffice.com Very slow but good if you want to order a single disk.

I have also ordered from Austrailia and the prices are very good from over there they are also alot quicker to ship than the US stores, typically 4-5 working days instead of at least 2 weeks from the US.

    www.ezydvd.com.au

    www.dvdplanet.com.au

The only Irish site I've seen online is www.dvddirect.ie and I have never ordered from them, as far as I can see they are not that cheap. Let me know if you do try them.

Another thing the States $ is almost the same as the Punt. Your not saving much if anything.

2 weeks from the states? Use Fedex, 4 working days tops.

Yep Hobbes thats why I'm only ordering boxsets and DVD's that are vastly better in region1 from the US at the moment.

oh yea, and December is nuts time for online ordering. I'm serious you would be much safer (at least with US sites) not ordering anything until early January.

For region 2 dvd's, blackstar.co.uk do a fine job. Free p&p to anywhere in the world and they even operate a purchase points program. I just need to spend £240 more and i've got myself a DVD head cleaner! biggrin.gif
