Ive made some recordings using my phone and put them accross to my laptop using the infrared, but neither real player or windows media player support the .amr file extension.
    What program do I need?

Whatever software came *with* the phone on the enclosed CD probably has a built in music player or a .txt or .Pdf file telling u where to find the right download.
