The name of an old TV show.

My memory of the late 80s/early 90s is extremely poor. I've managed to find the names of various titles (especially cartoons) that were aired at the time. Usually on The Children's Channel or Sky1 (which had the Fun Factory on weekends). There's this one show I don't remember though, and I have such a vague recollection of the detail I'd say it'd be almost impossible to remember the title of it. Yet, I'm going to try here anyway. Maybe the utterly embarrassing single memory of it will serve as enough information to someone who was a fan.

It was Australian as far as I remember. Sci-fi. The only real thing I remember was when this kid went to the shopping mall; there was this weird clock that served as a statue/ornament as well. Every time a certain time would strike (maybe the hour, maybe 12pm) the boy was teleported. I don't really remember much else, but if you think you know, please say so.

Speaking of old tv shows can anyone remember the name of the show where there was goodie Wizard and an evil wizard and 2 childern were the goodie wizards friend?

Ive only vague images in my head sorry..but here it goes..

An alien girl lives with a family . The other main character being the boy she befriends. She wears some mad head band that has crazy powers.
She had black hair?

Under the Mountain was my favourite. Although I think it was actually a New Zealand show. That was the one with the 2 twins, a boy and a girl and they had magic rocks and were trying to twart the plans of Mr. Wilburforce who was actually an alien slug thing...

Hi everybody, this is really bugging me. Do any of you remember a kids tv show in the 80s that had an animated man in blue trousers and maybe a red top singing and playing some kind of guitar? Many thanks!
