    I'm in 1st year DCU studying computer applications and i was wondering if someone could post me a link to a web site where i cud download Java2? Ive windows XP

    Why download Java2 when you can download java5. Its got all the features of 2 and more.

    Thats still Java 2 just version 1.5 of Java2

    I believe sun's officially calling it java 5. Check their website it has java5 plastered everywere. Which makes sence to if 1.2 was 2 then 1.3 was 3 and so on.
