Anyone see the piece in todays Irish Times about Indias train network?

I couldnt be arsed typing it out word for word(not sure If thats legal anyway)
but the main thing about it was the Indian governments refusal to import new wheels for it's trains, prefering to try and make them locally instead.
Meanwhile 5000 trains are now running with wheels that need to be replaced and a futher 20,000 new wagons are ready to be put into service but need wheels.

Indias rail minister Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav (who is the one refusing to import the wheels) had this to say.....
"Indias railways are the responsibility of Lord Vishwakarma(Hindu God of machines), so is the safety of passangers"
"It is his duty[to ensure safety], not mine."

That minister is famus for giving foolish comment and he is one step ahead of that IRAQI minister.Even that Mr. Laloo P Yadav has already labeled as Joker of indian parliament, and far ahead then simpson in popularity.
I am sure indian rail network is the largest network in the world and there are manufacturing units which can make more wheel then anyone else.
    it is just some comments.
check their website, they have the metro network successfully runing in delhi which is called one of the best in world.
the railway org is also good network.
check this PALACE ON WHEELS http://www.palaceonwheels.net/new/home.htm
