Scary Movie film of the year?

Scary movie was the funniest movie I have seen so far this year. From the **** take of Blair Witch to the stoned killer mask this was extremley well done and worthy of title film of the year

I can't help but feel I've seen it all in the trailers. I've seen wazzup, the Matrix bit, the witch bit, the dope bit, the scream bit, the piano bit, the fart bit, the car bit, the english exam bit, etc, etc

I don't feel that it's worth putting up with peoples annoying laughs to go see it. People are just so damn annoying - I fell like Moe Sizzlack.

The other day was the first one in the cinema so I sat down the front because there seems to be a lot of teenage couples down the back lately who don't come to see the movie. Only one other guy came in and of all the empty seats in the place he sits behind me The guy must have had like ten large popcorns cos he was eating right tru the film - he sounded like a pig. The only reason I didn't complain was cos the movie was loud enough to drown him out most of the time.

It's not like it was a porno cinema where (i've heard) you try to sit as far away from everybody else as possible but ffs sit somewhere else!

But isnt it common practice for studios to put the best bits in a trailer anyway (sometimes mashed together with snippets from other films)?

Sometimes they do, but usually when the film is low on content and the only hope of attracting people to the film is to cram all the good bits into the trailer. Hence someones earlier coment that they were sure they had seen the film by watching the trailer.
On the other hand higher quality films wont show the best bits and may only hintat the good bits.

A good example is the trailer for Snatch.

I went to see it last night and I was right - all the funny bits were in the adds.

But if I hadn't gone to see it I would have missed the moronic cow behind me being so helpful by pointing out which film was being copied.

I saw it last night and I got pretty much what I expected out of it - a slap-stick kind of parody - I loved it

I think if the Wyanns (sp?) Brothers keep bringing out stuff like that, they'll do well enough as writers/directors.

It's not the kind of film I'd go see twice, I know I wouldn't enjoy it as much the next time.

Its b ollocks. I hated it. How i yearn for the days of Airplane, and you could actually get a decent p iss take rather than gratutious cum gags and manwomen with saggy scrotums. The wassup gag was good though, and The Usual Suspects bit at the end..

i have seen this film twice and i think its pretty cool. but the wayans had done a few films and "don't be a menace to south central while drinkin' juice in the hood" is by far the best film they have down(it's funny as fu(k) they have also down "im gonna git u sukka" and one other film i can't rember now. but ye should check out "don't be a......"
