Im thinking about buying a fair bit of kit for a barebones system that I am gonna be building shortly, and I went along to jes and a lot of their stuff is a good 20 - 50s cheaper depending on the item than komplett
    So I was wondering
    1) Do their prices include vat? If so at what rate?
    2) How much is their carriage
    3) Who do they use for carriage
    4) Finally how long does something take to arrive after the order has been completed?

    Cheers

They inc vat in their prices, at the german rate (its less than ours i think, but not sure what rate it is).

Carraige is pretty cheap, believe they use GLS so prices would be about the same as ordering from komplett.

If they get teh address right on the parcel, you can expect the parcal within 5 working days of being shipped. If they get it wrong on the parcal, you can kiss it goodbye for a few weeks, as what happened to me quite a few times.

It's 16% VAT in Germany and I'm very happy with my purchases from Jes. The only problem is that the address form is a bit crappy and GLS may not get the full address. It takes about a week for money to be transfared between EU coutries if you use the bank route.

I more or less ordered enough kit to build a full pc (excl monitor) and shipping came to €40 odd and took about a week to deliver.

only thing i had was between ordering and them recieving the money some parts went out of stock so had to wait or was given the option to get a different product instead.
