Converting anything beyond a single instrument song, and a simple one at that, is nigh on impossible. There are programs that can make a decent attempt at converting such audio to midi but the resultant file always needs editing to be even remotely useful. As for free there are none that I know of, but you could try Digital Ear or Melodyne if you have the cash - they are pro level app.s though so if you were thinking of just doing this all for a laugh....forget it.

If you actually find one that is the tune you want, just there's crazy drums or a retard that put on 'Tubular Bells' instead of 'Grand Piano', PM me and I'll send you a prog that will let you change the volume of tracks and change the instruments on each track. Very handy
