When creating a template for a web site using photoshop what is the best size to set the canvas to? Any other photoshop tips would be great!

    Thanks

well, you'll want your site to work on the most browsers possible so 750 pixels or so wide by 500 pixels tall will ensure that it looks ok on a maximised 800x600 screen.

    See http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=187886

For more arguements on screen resolution.

if you want your website to be printer freindly as well, then a width of 650 (640 to be safe) is advised
