Program on RTE during the 80s

    Anyone here remember a series on RTE during the mid-eighties called '402 Robert'? I'm not 100% sure of the title as I was only about 7 or 8 at the time.

    It was about a mountain recue team in america who used a 'Bubble' front helicopter...a bit like CHiPs wako wako.

    I think it was on of a saturday morning after 'Anything Goes' with yerman McNally and Mary 'whats her name'. Make and Do with Mary-remember that? Toilet rolls and binliners. Don't forget the copydex glue that was in the white tubs and the oversized tipex brush...the McGyver of glues!!!

    TelecineSK, if you read this thread, I'm sure you remember all the above ;-)

    Didnt yer man have a funny looking hellicopter in Skippy, but that was on on a friday.

    Couldnt have been blue thunder or Airwolf as they were on ITV.
