LAst I heard was that Cage couldn't do it 'cause of timetable clashes, but that got sorted somehow. It wasn't that it ran out of money, it never really got off the ground. There has been loads of scripts knocking around, but they keep on getting rejected. Draco

The new Superman movie starring Nicholas Cage- last I heard they ran out of cash and halted production...
