    Hi all

I am currently seeking full-time employment in the web industry. The easiest way you can all find out what I am capable of is to have a look at my website.

I hope to hear from you soon

Hope you don't mind some non-job-offering feedback.
Some very nice designs on those sites, good job. You should clean up the minor grammar mistakes on the front page so it doesn't take the gloss off it
And put a HTML version of your CV on there as well.

i wasnt aware there were grammar mistakes. I didn'nt intend to make it formal.

Again minor feedback, but I'd go with a PDF version of your CV. It's probably the most widely readable format, it's read-only unless someone puts in some effort and it's a format that won't be used by someone as a sorting/elimination/restriction criterion.

I am also going to offer some non job offer advice. I would take the personal information about being free lance off the homepage if you are looking for full time work.

CV is also poor, no need to the personal info at the top. I see the title of Project Manager but absolutely nothing that tells me you could manage a project. What type of projects did you manage? How big were they from a resource, schedule and financial point of view? What was your contribution to the project management that made the project a success? You need to show just a little bit on how you have helped the companies be successful. Has revenue increased due to your work, or costs decreased. Take the corporate branding one liner you have, how did your work help that company? You need to show that if you were hired you would be an asset to your employer. I would remove the interests part as well.

Well it wasnt my intention to get feedback but thx anyway every1.

With regards, to my cv, I had thought about going more in dept but its a matter of taste when it comes to CVs it seems. Some people I have spoken to have told me to keep it to a minimum, no longer than a page, then others have said it doesnt tell the employer enough.

I think what I might do is have a long and a short version with both linking from the site.

    thx again

A long and short version woulc be a good idea. I learned from a person who does a lot of interviewing that a single page would be a Resumé (very American) and 2 or 3 pages would be a C.V.
If you are applying to companies that would have their head offices in the states it may be better to send a Resumé while Irish and other European based companies may prefer a fleshed out C.V.
