yeah you should find htem all in those two shops but my advice is to compare prices between the two and then buy cos one can be cheaper for one thing and much dearer for the other

reads is actually brillant for art stuff at really cheap prices, they have a decent selection and easons is generally a hell of a lot more expensive.
they had a full set of graphite pencils for 3.50eur, and lots of art pads.

Reads ought to have good prices, although their art section is rather small.

You can also try O'Sullivan Graphics, just off Camden St., behind the Concern building. All the graphic designers go there and they should have exactly what you need.

    Also Easons.

The best places are Evans off Capel street (10% discount for students), Kennedys (they had 20% off for students on tuesdays last year I'm not sure about this year). O' sullivans has a great selection and Daintree has an amazing selection of paper. Reads can be cheap but not always the best selection.

I avoid Easons and Art and Hobby because they are expensive and art and hobby has a poor selection. Easons will only give you a 10% student discount on art materials though but they are picky about what they give it on. Prit stick for example is not considered by them to be an art material so you pay full price.

Also there may be a cheaper place to buy some materials eg buy linseed oil, turps etc from a hardware shop because art shops are generaly expensive.

I just read your list. Best place would be Evans and maybe buy a stanley knife from a hardware shop (there are some on Capel street)

There are a few around the Camden/Harcourt St. area: Kennedy's (on Harcourt Street just past Stephen's Green) and O'Sullivans off Camden Street (nearish the Bleeding Horse) both have already been mentioned and have very good ranges, but if you're in that part of town there's also Kavanagh's on Camden Street which has a very small range, but always beats the other 2 in prices.

You should be able to get anything from your list from all of them. :)
