Does anyone one know where to get picture frame at a reasonable cost?
I usually get them from that shop in Stillorgan. They have a great range and they'll have frames for anything painted or photographed. But, they can proof a bit expensive of you have to get quite a few frames.
I'm looking for a cheaper option, anyone know?

Baggot framing is just off Baggot St. lower. Haven't ever bought anything in it though so I don't know how reasonable their pricing is.

I got a few standard black wooden frames for the Peoples Photography Exhib. in a place called Regency Frames. They're out of town a bit, in the Baldoyle ind estate, so if you don't mind driving...

Basically it's a framing factory shop so they can do them a lot cheaper than the shops, I paid 7-ish euro for 10 frames that were 12-15 euro in the shops. They also do mounts at a decent price, and the factory shop is well laid out with their entire range.

Tell 'em I sent you. and watch their faces light up with a "...who?" :D

WOW! €7 for 10 frames!? That's like WOW! and WOW again
Or, is it €7 for a 10 inch frame? which is still good.
    Cheers Benster!

Sorry, I just re-read that and it could have been a bit more clear. I meant I got the frames for 7 euro each, not for the lot. I had seen the same frames for 12-15 euro in photo shops. And they were 10" x 12" frames, big enough for a 8x10 print on a mount.

You're still saving a good bit though, and when you see their range you'll be impressed.

    [BTW - I don't work for them :D ]
