Recommendations for driveway

hi, My driveway is about 20 metres long and quite steep. Its badly rutted and potholed. Any suggestions for a permanent fix ? I'm not too keen on doing it myself, so recommendations for a contractor would be welcome also, I'm based in the North Wicklow area. Thanks,
