    using quark express...

    thought i had everything ticked off checklist

    so save it as an .eps
    collect for output so it puts all the files in font in directories beside it
    but printer rings and says fonts are corrupt, say it happens to him and just take the fonts from the font directory and mail em to him but also to give a postscript form/file...

    this is where im not sure what to do... can't save as pdf in quark cos it sez you need a postscript printer actually hooked up

    i don't know enough about getting stuff perfect for printers last time a guy looked over my stuff before i sent it on to the printers but he's busy...

    have adobe distiller so opened eps via that and tried to save as pdf but then it also said it could't find the fonts athough it gives you an option to point to a particular font directory and did this and it can't find the fonts in that directory...

    and replaces them with courier :/

    Go to the Adobe website, find the Distiller printer description if it's not on your system and install it.

    Otherwise, perhaps your fonts ARE corrupt.

    Are you using the postscript version of the fonts?
    What OS are you using, what OS is the printer using?
