Philips DVDRW

I just saw a Philips DVDRW (dvdre885k dual layer) in PC World for €115. I checked out a few reviews and they were mainly positive (apart from lack of -R support, which, according to toms hardware, will be updated in september)

Just wondering if anyone knows of a better burner for cheaper online? I've a bit of trouble getting access to a credit card whenever I want to get something online, so it might be better off going for this dearer option
